If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchase, do the following:

  • You may return the product within 10 working days from the date received. If you want to exchange it with something else the company will be charged the shipping cost. But if you want to return the product and require a refund you are charged with the return shipping costs – you can choose any way you prefer for the shipping. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error (different or damaged product), then the company shall bear the relevant return cost.
  • In case the shipping cost is charged to the company, please contact us to send a courier to pick up your package.
  • You must return the product in the same condition as it was delivered to you, without having removed the labeling.You must also return the retail receipt.
  • If you require a refund, in case of purchase by credit card or PayPal the complete amount will be credited back on your card. In case of bank transfer please provide us with the details of your bank account to deposit the amount. The return of your payment shall be carried out within 10 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
  • The company cannot provide replacement service for the purchases made from abroad. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the company and make a new order. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error (different or damaged product), then the company shall bear the relevant return cost.
